About Us

Jennifer Iannarelli has been designing for over five years. She has had a love for decorating since she was young. Her love for design and desire to help people inspired her to pursue a career that would incorporate both. She holds her Associates degree in design from a FIDER accredited school located in the Bay Area—IDS, HSE. She moved to the beautiful Mother Lode to continue with the development of her career. As a member of the Interior Design Society she is in tune with the latest trends and new developments in the design world. Jennifer is an active member in the Tuolumne County Women’s Network, Copperopolis Area Business Association and a qualified Home Staging Expert.

Jennifer knows that every client is different and therefore, every design is different. She prides herself on being extremely professional and attentive to her clients. She is open to their thoughts and design wishes. Her emphasis is to create spaces that are balanced, functional and comfortable. Her design solutions are innovative, appropriate and always sensitive to her client’s budget and desires. She ensures that the design process is as enjoyable for her clients as it is exciting for her.

Design Process
P rogram Meeting:
• Review your goals, objectives, budgets and expectations.
• Focus on your style and functional requirements.
• Review and collect any visual pictures conveying the look you are after.
• Determine and note those pieces that will be used in the design.
• Written letter of agreement is signed, outlining the exact nature of the work to be performed, the budget involved, and compensation due.

Peasure and Photography:
• Measurements will be taken from which floor layouts will be produced.
• Photos are taken of the existing space and any particular furniture, area rug, art or other items to be used in the final design.

Design Development:
• Shopping and research. You will be asked to begin looking for the furnishings that interest you. I will suggest where you can see, touch and feel certain items. Once you have found some pieces you like I will go with you to guide you through the decision-making.

Presentation:
• Design concept, various materials, options and estimates will be presented to you. The design is honed as necessary.
• This process will include concept development, designs, including floor layouts, color palette, window treatments, accessories, and fabric and furniture samples.

Prt and Accessories:
• The single most important area of design to complete the project and make it your own. This step may not happen all at once, being that accessories and art are very personal.

Production and Installation:
• Your design is implemented, and the details are refined. Purchase arrangements are made for project elements including, furnishings, paint, fabric, window treatments and accessories. Installing your furnishings may take place in phases, or completed at one time.

Closing Procedures:
• Evaluate and review your new room.
• Take care of any unpaid services.
• Discuss what you see as your next phase for your home.
